Defaultscope question on m4

I have a m4 with a removable handle that the scope is mounted on and I wanted to take off the handle then put it back on, if I do this will I have to resight my scope? Thanks

If you leave it in the rings and it has a 1913 rail you should not have to adjust it at all. Maybe a few click here and their but other than that no.
