When I was researching what AR I wanted to buy recently there wasn't anyone who had BCM prodcts in stock and if they did, it was only the very highend stuff. The prices also seem to have escalated on the BCM parts to the point that it seems highly unlikely you could assemble one for such a great price.

I paid $815 for a complete Rock River mid-length recently and if I thought I could actually have obtained a BCM for less than $100 I most certainly would have. My best estimate on the BCM I wanted was somewhere around $1,200.
There stuff does get snatched up quick and that's why they have the "email when in stock" option.

I'll go to their site and link each part for you. BRB

Tack, I've been a civilian for almost 43 years (ETS July 1969) and you expect me to remember anything?!!! Nobody from the '60s remembers anything as they say...

Actually I carried the M14 most of my three years and the M16 only while in Vietnam. I got lots of training on the 14 and qualified as Expert then almost zero training on the 16, we never even qualified on it, just handed to us and "here it is". I loved it anyway and we all figured it out. Lots of free ammo to figure out where you were hitting too.

I got out at the same time my brother was drafted and I noticed they then had M16s in Basic Training at Ft. Bragg. I doubt SPORTS had come along at that time but can't say.

Does the OP need a compliant AR?
