It really is a shame, I won't order from them for all the reasons above. If their customer service didn't such they have some cool stuff.

Don't order from Rguns period. If they have a product you want find another distributor that handles their product and get it from them. This way you can call or email them to find out your order status. I would call that distributor to find out ifthey actually have it first before ordering.

A friend of mine lives in Il. can't say enough good things about them. I told him it's because he has the luxury of being able to walk into their store, because he lives there. He made all kinds of excuses for them, about them being a small shop, blah, blah, blah. I told him they shouldn't be selling online then, because with my 9 month wait for a 20" A3 kit, was the epitome of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I have a few friends that got bent over by them too. I would never buy from them. In my opinion the best customer service in the industry is Primary Arms.

ive been to their shop a few times. great price on ruskie ammo. customer service is pretty on par with other shops IF you walk in the door. order over the phone or interweb or by mail and your screwed.

unless you walk in there dont do business with em.
