I see nasty feedback about them all over... However, never ordered from them via phone/web. Walked in their store - nice people, despite what everyone says. They have tons of orders (from what I overheard, we are talking hundreds per order and thousands overall). They were backordered pre-election; in March, even worse. They do work their chips off, carry nice things, but, again, small shop serving all States should be tuff (again, they have quality parts). Also, they do custom builds, suspect for PIs and LEO/PDs, too. I would give 'em brake. Charging CCs before shipping months after orders placed is not a good way of doing business, and I do not support it in any way, but many do it.
Just my 2 cents.

I ordered from them once. Gave up waiting and cancelled with my CC after 6months of zero cummunication and nothing to show for my order. Seems to be par for the course with RGuns.

Never again.

Well a little update here..... The order that I placed from Rguns on February 23rd finally shipped of August 6th. UPS has it scheduled to be delivered on Monday. The not so humorous part, the label was created on July 15th....... Here's the lower I am pinning it to.

In contrast, I can't think of a time I ordered anything on the net

which wasn't here in less than a week. Usually three days.

Well Rguns now has the reputation they earned.

No way am I giving them a brake. Its been over two months to ship something that was in stock. If they are that far behind on there instock orders they should expand there business by hiring more people to fill those orders or stop trying to be a internet company

Two months? Ha! Try waiting almost 6 months! Oh, I am not giving them a break. I ripped their a$$es in the last few emails I sent to them.

I hate to tell you but your order has been past up. Thats what they told me. Then they string you along by getting a shipping tracking order number to you via email. Which means nothing. Cancel your order buddy. It's not coming and find another vender. Prices are down now.

Cancel????

Exactly why would I wait 6 months, and try to cancel when it is on the way? Yes those *******s created the label over 3 weeks ago, but it did finally ship. I have a green lower that needs a matching upper to complete. Then I have to decide who the new owner will be. I have a few people who want it. And hellllll no I will never order another thing from that company ever again! Oh and I just sold my first build that hand an Rguns upper on it yesterday. Made a nice profit off that one.

I hope the upper matches the lower better than the last few I have seen . The green has been about 4 shades darker on one or the other
