Backed up on a Mosin? WTF is that about, its not like its a manufacturing backlog. They sold you something they didn't have. Something in stock should have shipped by now, most are drop shipped from the importer anyway.

Speak of the devil, my upper came today. All the matte sand colored pieces don't match but screw it, looks okay, and I finally have a functional AR.

I like that it doesn't match Indy. Gives it contrast. Did you order that from Rguns?

I ordered a lot of parts from them after the New Town issue so there was a back log.
I ordered an upper with a really nice bull barrel, stock, grip, trigger group, and some other odds and ends. It took about five months to get the barrel. At that same time I got an email that all the other stuff shipped and I was charger for it. After not seeing it 3 or 4 weeks later, I emailed and called RGuns. The closest i got to talking to some one ended with the girl hanging up on me. Said they were back logged and not answering ordering questions and then she flat hung up. So I called the credit card company. They got no reply from RGuns and cut me back the full $450 for the other items not received.
About a month ago, everything else showed up in a box. I've not heard anything from them about it. But I do hold a policy of not answering questions concerning back logged items ordered. I will also never do business with them again.

It's a pretty fire arm though. but I replaced everything else ordered so now I have a box of parts that I have to make another AR out of.

rguns is an international importer. i got my nagant sniper from them. but i went to their store and handpicked it. i would never order anything from em. far as im aware they are the only importer that brings in actual nagant snipers others are put together from parts.

their store front is pretty unique they sell nudie porn calendars...

As for them answering the phone. I don't answer my phone.

Every caller wants to discuss politics, wants to discuss his current buy, a 45 second conversation takes 10 minutes. In my voice mail I say "For a guaranteed response, visit my website and use the contact form..."

Yes, the upper and lower are both Rguns. I got the lower first, from Gunbroker.com, and then decided to get the matching upper from their website. As you can see the gas block and hand guard are darker than the upper and lower receiver. Guess it's hard to anodize things to a constant color.

I placed an order with them in December and that one showed up mid February. I bought one of their green stripped lowers on gunbroker then ordered a green anodized uppers February 23rd. Ordered green anodized buffer tube, buffer, springs, back plate & castle nut mid march. At the end of May the buffer tube and miscellaneous parts showed up. July 15th those *******s printed a shipping label for the upper. Do you think I have it? Hell no! Label created, but nothing sent to UPS, why create a label when you don't plan on shipping anything? I sent an email last Friday chewing their asses out and have received no response. I'm about to send them another. I was about to cancel this order and just sell the lower before I got the email from UPS. At that point I ordered the rest of the stuff I didn't have on hand to finish the lower. Now I've got a completed green lower..... Who the hell knows when I'll have the upper for it.... Over 5 months.... I'll never order another single part from these imbeciles.

Oh I had ordered another upper for my brother's build at the end of February. He got tired of waiting and cancelled his order. We found him one on gunbroker and finished his build.

The lower and buffer tube on my completed lower don't match and I figure that the upper probably won't match either.

Yea its pretty bad when the site says in stock and it takes forever to get it. Funny how after I sent them an email cancelling my order they made up a ups tracking sheet. I'm checking tomorrow to see if they charged my account.
