Report to the BATF?
I notice BATF has the new form of 4473.
Also i read some articles or threads somewhere in the internet, that dealers or FFLs are required to report any individuals purchasing 2 or more firearms at at time. As a prevention of straw purchases or smuggling to the cartels.
My question is,
If i purchase 3 stripped lowers a time, will the FFL or my LGS report me to the BATF?
On this article by BATF on lines 3 and 4 of A2. To my inderstanding, it doesn't apply to stripped receivers.

I haven't heard of a change. Got links to this, ok? You should be good with three lowers on one 4473.

the only change i noticed today filling the form for the new suppressor was it got more racist than it was before. they want to know what kind of mexican people are now...

Yes i know i should be okay with 3 lowers in 1 paperwork. In regards to this:

And the question i asked earlier, does stripped lowers fall into that report?
I just want to make sure and just to gain more information  .

You are not purchasing a rifle. The category is "other". Which is why you cannot buy a stripped lower until you are 21. Rifles and shotguns, 18. All other, 21. It is not yet a fish nor a fowl- it could be built into a rifle OR a handgun.
