Default Removing Sling Swivel

How do you remove the sling swivel attached to the base of the fixed front sight?

Drive out the rivet with a punch while supporting the barrel and front sight base.

Start the pin with a 5/32" punch. When the pin is flush switch to a 3/32" punch. Don't be afraid to hit it.
