How do you like those polymer sights? I haven't heard to much about them either way.

I don’t know about a polymer sight, I have a beefy UTG rear sight that will take a licking and keep on ticking as I plan for worst possible circumstances. Here a is pic.

And that's how it should be. Not good to have the polymer on the front - IF - you are mounting it to the gas block. Bad JUJU happens when the block heats up. They are ok to mount on the free float tube.
From all that I've read about the Magpul sights, they do the job well, seem to hold up to abuse, and are very LIGHTWEIGHT.
But like Scubie says, back-up-IRON-sights will hold up to more abuse.
