Default Quad rail fit issues

Ok, I'm decently familiar with ARs, and know how to change out the handguards and everything, just don't want to order something online that won't fit. So, I have this upper

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/complete-uppers/mid-length-a2-profile-premium-madness-16-cmv-chrome-lined-stripped-upper-without-bcg-or-charging-handle.html

and I'm wanting this quad rail

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Rifle-Tactical-Mid-Length-Picatinny-Quad-Rail-Handguard-System-8-7-Length-/140903334021?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20ce7e 4085

Will it fit? Help is GREATLY appreciated. If the auction is over, what would you recommend for cheap? I know, I know. You get what you pay for. I'm just broke. Also, I measured the stock handguard and it was right around 8.7. Just want to be sure. Thanks

It should fit but I wouldn't get it. Do you need all that rail? MOE handguards are a great option in that price range.

The biggest issue with assembling an AR isn't so much getting the parts together right - it's getting the right parts together. You'll remember the quality of a gun long after you forget how much you paid for it.
