Default PSA barrel question!

Does anyone know, are barrels purchased from PSA fixed with permanent flash suppressors? I would like to be able to remove it. I have tried to contact PSA numerous times but no one seems to answer calls or emails.

... Unless you're in a ban state that requires a compliant AR. Or you get a 14.7" barrel.

So they would permanently afix it before shipping to Illinois. That's not so good news.
