I will have more than a few extra lowers laying around if the need arises.

Again. The rest of us DO NOT WANT to know what you purchased from the "OUT NOW" showcase.

It's okay. We get it. You want to "express yourself in public" and to "test boundaries" but really?!?!

I am not so much worried about the not being able to get an AR or something. I am more worried about get the ammo to feed my toys. There is plenty of 5.56 and 7.62x39 but no 7.62x51 surplus ammo. I can get plenty of Winchester white box 7.62 which is okay. But I would also like to get some more battle packs of 7.62, which has all disappeared in the last year and a half.

If you aren't into building your own rifle, but want to buy one and can't afford the immediate full purchase price, you could always put one on lay away at stores like Cabelas, etc and have 90 days to pay it off. Just a thought.

Believe it or not but Wal-Mart is carrying AR's, looking at getting a Bushmaster Patrol Carbine.

Scare Tactics. What has been done in the last 4 years to ban gun ownership ? And the same will be done in the next 4 years. Where do people get these ideas ? Maybe its an excuse to hype prices and make availability limited. And before someone starts with the "NRA" line.... Think about this.... IF the NRA could guarantee no new firearms restrictions for the next 20 years, why would they exist ? Why would anyone join or donate ?

Might as well stock up on magazines as well. Im sure one could make a killing if they had a few dozen extra 30 rounders if a capacity law came to place.
