So a complete upper would include a big and charging handle correct? Because It looms like all those uppers are sold out so I'm not going to be able to get one from Psa at least at the moment so maybe ill wait until I put the stripped lower together and then order it.

Most PSA uppers on specials don't include the BCGs or the CHs. U have to buy them separately.

Go to midway USA they have dpms complete slick side uppers for $354

Go to the home page they have two on sale now for $279 You waited too long for the others.

One problem , Getting a bolt now a days is a real biotch . When someone throws up 50 of them and they sell out in 3 min , it makes it tough for the ones that dont have one to finish a build or miss the sale . Dang I missed it again , Oh well , maybe they will have 3 min worth next month

Your talking about Spikes Tactical Bolt Carrier. That's just one brand. Bravo Company , DD or LMT make good Bolt Carries also and you can buy them now.

Forget about DD... they are worse than finding needle in a haystack. But the chromed one available from their site.

After seeing a lot of pic of broken bolt catches I'd shy away from dpms lower parts kits.

I wouldnt buy a dpms lower kit for that reason but those complete upper kits midway is selling is pretty decent . My buddy bought one and has a couple 1000 rds thru it without a hiccup
