Lighten up. They are OVERWHELMED with orders. Since last November they have been pumping out the product by the ton. If they don't answer your e-mails w/ini a few days it is because they have all hands on deck processing orders. I'll bet UPS makes several pickups a day at their facility.
In this market, you are unreasonable to expect handholding customer service AND low prices AND parts availability.
