I live close enough to justify driving in to pick up what I wanted but when I went to palce an order on line it still want to charge a shipping few!! I called to ask about how to get around the shipping fee on the order page and was told yep still got to play for shipping so screw them. There are good deals out there in other place if you take time to look around. I will not give psa a dime.

Ok I am pretty understanding person. I was just thinking about it. That I have Built two rifles in the past three months and it never waited more than a week for an item just kind of had me wondering

Lighten up. They are OVERWHELMED with orders. Since last November they have been pumping out the product by the ton. If they don't answer your e-mails w/ini a few days it is because they have all hands on deck processing orders. I'll bet UPS makes several pickups a day at their facility.

In this market, you are unreasonable to expect handholding customer service AND low prices AND parts availability.

I too have orders thousands of dollars of stuff from them. They have the best deals on the web. For that you have to put up with the wait. I've had one order messed up in the past, but they fixed it. They push some serious volume, need to e patient. At least they can address your concerns via their customer reps of you call in. The only web site they has given me flawless service was Primary Arms, they don't have the same deals, but they are quick

The PSA user interface is confusing to new customers. Once you do several transactions with PSA you get used to their unique customer account interface. I called to make sure my order was correct the first couple times I ordered with PSA.
