OK has anyone heard of (Compass Lake Engineering) CLE? they offer Keriger barrels for $418.... I really want a Kreiger barrel. But I will settle for others If I have to. If I add that to my build it brings it in right at $1322 which is doable.

Oh man all this thinking behind building a rifle and I dunno what mags to get Good lord what else is there. I mean there is only 1.999999999 billion different mags. I know I don't want them crappy old military mags as they are cheaply made and dent bend and get screwed up quick fast and in a hurry.

OK Do I want an AR-15 upper or an M-4 upper? One has feed lips what is the difference?
I don't know anything about mags, but I bought a 30-round mag today at the gun show for $10. It's probably crappy but, hey, I'm learning.

I don't THINK there is a huge difference in mags for these rifles like there is for, say, a 1911. I'm told you want one with a level follower and not and angled one....and the $10 mag has a level follower.

I see the Tango Down is soon to be selling a clear mag.....which would be pretty cool

15 LBV (Load Bearing Vests)
10 Kevlar Helmets various sizes

RRA upper
CLE Kreiger barrel
Young bold and carrier

Bill Springfield trigger and parts kit 3#
for a sum of $1459 plus shipping and fees.

Tango, very nice, you can't go wrong with RRA. What's the barrel length? I assume you are going with the A-4 upper.

Yes A4 upper and a 20" barrel.

Lon I worked the numbers and I came out with a few extra dollars. The wife is going to have a alien baby if she ever sees the bill for this sucker.

Hey bro, you can get an other than name brand upper and lower, still have great tolerances, but save yourself some money in the long run.

Just a thought....

That's why I do all the online banking and bill-paying. She used to do it when we did it manually, but she knows nothing about computers so I'm safe since we started banking online.
