If it's pre-ban and semi-auto it should.

But it has one of those awful, horrible, no-good, scary

...what's it called...OH YEAH! A barrel shroud. Those things terrify me. It's only a partial shroud, so it should be OK.

Default Sure glad I moved to IN after reading this thread

I have been away from NY for 23 years, living in Indiana and Florida, two gun friendly states. Here is my Ruger 10-22, sounds like this would be a no-no in NYS too. Am I correct?

Built new the past 12 months> Check
Telescoping stock> Check
Hi capacity magazine> Check
Pistol grip> Check

Gee, and it is only a Ruger 10-22

c'mon now bkt,

many a country has been taken over by mere barrel shrouds, flash hiders, and muzzle breaks. gawd help them if we throw on the bayo lugs, too.
