Is it just me, or is that unreasonably cheap for the Magpul stuff? I didn't look, but if memory serves me right, the MOE alone is $100+.

You are confusing that with the Magpul CTR. The MOE (stock) is the more affordable version of the CTR stock, which has the friction lock to eliminate any rattle.

The MOE grip, is the more affordable version of the MIAD, which has the adjustable/replaceable front/rear straps to adjust size and feel of the grip. Either will take the many different types of insert pieces that hold batteries, bolts, etc.

Not to take anything away from the MOE (Magpul Original Equipment) line, because it is excellent quality, at a lower price.
Now that you say it, I was confusing MAID with MOE
