their website doesn't offer a lot of info on the parts that they use. No specs on the type of steel in the barrels or if the barrels are chrome lined. Doesn't say what kind of bolt or carrier you are getting. Doesn't mention anything about military specifications being something they adhere to.

Out of curiosity, what was it about this particular rifle that made you think it was better than one made by Smith and Wesson?

Not trying to bust on ya, but I really am curious about that that last bit, since Smith and Wesson have been around for a minute or two.

This one? Package-A? AWB compliant? If not, which one?

I will say $1,499.00 is an astronomical price for what you get in Package-A. Also it's worrisome so many details have been omitted.

The biggest issue with assembling an AR isn't so much getting the parts together right - it's getting the right parts together. You'll remember the quality of a gun long after you forget how much you paid for it.

Took new AR to the range ran 60 rounds not a problem took home and cleaned. Looking forward to next time at the range, I'm very satisfied with my new USA Tactical Firearm should have mention in previous threads cost of AR $1000.00 plus $350 in upgrades (Magpul stock, grip, rail covers, sling, gun case and flip-up sights.)

Just so you know, you could have gotten much better for that much money. But I am glad you like it and had no problems.

You can't own a colt AR-15 in NJ. If you purchase an AWB compliant rifle in NJ, you'll pay an extreme price. You need to assemble your own here if you don't want to feel like you got hosed.

I just checked out their site and Wow those prices are crazy for a not well known brand. My LGS had a complete PSA Rifle for $800 two weeks ago!

See link below. I'll stick to building my own with quality well-known parts for less money.
