Here's the start to my next build. A Seekins SP223 Billet receiver. Absolutely love this one! This build is gonna get Tungsten Cerakote.

Kind of thinking the the Tac Con 3MR trigger that I ordered will go in this one due to the pictogram showing 3 positions.

....this one's gonna be fun! Who am I kidding? They're all fun!

You know it! I'm going to build it as a dissipator upper. 14.7" barrel with comp pinned. I already ordered the Diamondhead VRS-T 13.5" hand guard this morning. I am leaning towards the Rainier Arms UltraMatch Billet upper. I don't think the tabs on the Diamondhead will have to be modified on this upper.

Count me in, subscribed! Loved the ceracoating can't wait to see another take on it.

Love the combo of a seekins lower with the grip. Nice not to have that annoying little gap from the trigger guard.

Got tracking #'s for my Rainier Arms Billet upper, Ice Arms Barrel & 13 1/2" Diamondhead hand guard today. All parts to complete this build are in transit. Except for trigger..... The Fire Con 3MR trigger is not due till early January. Until then I am gonna rob the American Gold trigger out of my AR Pistol. That trigger did not belong in a pistol configuration anyway.

NEA Compact Carbine Stock in. Here is mock up. Already have it in pieces to sandblast and Cerakote.

Modified Bolt Carrier damn sure wasn't nitride coated as claimed by NEA. More like an unfinished steel. I ran it and the steel guide rods through my media tumbler to polish out their finish a bit. Some dings in finish on a couple of edges. This would really pis me off if I wasn't going to Cerakote it anyway. My finish will look muck better! The bolt is getting WMD NiB-X completed bolt, firing pin & cam pin.
