Hey all. New to this forum. I've recently built an AR-15 with quite a few goodies. Looking on gaining more knowledge about this platform. I'm active duty Coast Guard assigned with the Maritime Safety and Security Team. Here are some pics of my build

Very nice! Grats!

Tho I do have to say clamping a bipod onto your barrel is a wee bit counter-intuitive. Since you already have a low profile gas block, why not put a free floating, longer forearm and mount your bipod to it? Ps, swap ur laser for a flash light and your golden!

Btw how's she shoot?

Thank you Gator. It's an honor. Tikki, it shoots amazing. I also have a Gisselle two stage trigger on it. I'm removing the laser. Lol I have the SureFire M910 grip light. I just don't have it on when I go to the range. Kinda pointless having it at an outdoor range. Lol I have thought about the longer hand guard, but I rarely use the bipod. I throw it on when shooting 200+ yards. I use my NCStar scope for that as well.
