Honestly you should get to the point where you can answer that question for yourself. We really don't know what you need and you're the only one who can determine that. It makes much more sense to come up with the answers before you buy anything.
Why not dig up the specs on that DPMS kit then compare to the same parts from PSA which cost about the same. There should be around two dozen areas to compare with the most important being the barrel and BCG. In fact a few years ago a guy made up a spreadsheet
that did just that, alas PSA wasn't included.
The biggest issue with assembling an AR isn't so much getting the parts together right - it's getting the right parts together.
