Pure,

yes the gun still takes a zero for me.
Tho the FSP is off to the right.. and the way I shoot i correect to the right as well.
So the cumulitave effect has the MBUS adjusted waaayy to the right.

Still a brand new suppsoed "Military and Police" gun for real users not plinkers from a suppsoed major brand anme its unimpressive.

of course I got asweetheart deal on it so I cannot complain.

I picked it up at the height of this bubble (6 weeks ago) brand new form store for 967 Bucks in the active duty/LEO program.

They offered me an addtional 100 dollar rebate from S&W factory but I refused, felt kinda bad for being singled out for preferential treatment for my hoice of employment when other citizens have to wait and pay more.

had I know the gun had the flaw I would have acepted it so I an get it fixed. I dont want to hassle with sending it to SW for 60 bucks worth of labor.

If we just spent half of that money on supporting the NRA, we wouldn't have to worry about maintaining a stash "just in case"

same deal here my rear sight always seems to zero to the right on all my ARs so maybe this will correct it a bit and be closer to center . Not really a big deal to me and its just a little to the left but truly cant believe stuff like this even leaves the factories looking like that . A friend of mine bought a new Colt paid $1200 before the surge of course and the lower looks like a blem ? Almost like it wasnt cleaned before the anodizing was done , very spotty , He didnt care it functions like it should and he isnt a cosmetic freak either but when you pay that kind of money you expect it to look like new . . I know that happens to most all companies every now and then but you would think they would check stuff better than they do and then the complaints wouldnt be out here for the world to see. I know since the surge alot of companies have been cranking 24/7 and stuff slips but not like that on a big brand name item

Picked this up today for the youngest boy to shoot with,

XM15-E2S "Optic Ready" model, we when to the range and he put 150
rounds through it. I just put a cheapy red dot on it for a starter. It
ain't to bad for a $70 optic...

The little sh1t is a good shot, put all but 10 rounds in the black at 100 yds...

Thanks. Getting the boys, 10 and 14, to the range is not hard. Trying to get
my wife to practice is the tough part.

He shot 150 rounds, on a 100 yd Military target, at 100 yards, 140 shots were
in the black only 10 in the white. He only used the lead sled for sighting it in.
The rest he shot from the bench. Not bad at all for a 10 year old.
