Sorry BTW I confused the Sport with the OR initially. I think it'll be great for plinking with that scope, or precision shooting, mostly bench or kneeling. For getting faster on targets and rapid fire, you'll want a red dot or a 3x fixed scope, and a nice set of irons. There is a world of choices. I've never hunted with an AR.

You can't go wrong with any AR. Any problems can be corrected in your second, or third, or fourth builds/purchases.

I have heard a TON of recommendations on Palmetto State ARmory. They offer VERY good rifles for the price. If you take about two weeks and check the site daily for their daily deals you can put a lower and upper together for around 600 or less and from what I understand they are every bit as good as the ones you mentioned. I just ordered an upper with SS barrel and Kmod upper for a great price. It has not arrived yet so I don't know first hand but like I said I have seen countless threads on them here on Fire arms talk. I would look into it. Should not take more than 2 weeks to find a deal on a lower and complete upper.

Lol just saw your pic, nice looking rifle!!
