I saw a m&p 15 flat top in 223 cal for 599 at cdnn.com is that a good price

CDNN?? For $599?? Do you have a link?? Because I am pretty sure that CDNN isn't selling you a complete M&P-15 for six hundred bucks.

yeah its a complete rifle. its the most basic rifle from s&w line of m&p 15OR its an "Optics Ready" standard flat top rail . thats a cheap price for an ar and with a brand name i just bought one , but still waiting for it to arrive.

Yeah, it's $699 plus everything else with $100 mail in rebate. It's not $599 out the door I am afraid.
Still a great price, even with the extra hoops.

True, true! I gave it a go a year ago on a S&W M&P-15 stripped lower and came in at $750 before sights, sling, etc. IMO, mine's a better rifle but not by much. And there's something to be said for a factory S&W for $600!
