Have a new rifle with 1 in 7 twist the individual that owned it stated he was getting really small groups with 90 gr Sierra .223 bullets- I have been looking but load data for .223 with 75gr to 90 grain bullets is extremely scarce if you shoot these heavier bullets posting of your load date and results would be sincerely appreciated

I doubt that many are going to want to give you that kind of data. I would recommend that you find a manufacturer for your bullet and then purchase their manual, or you might be able to get something from their website.
Here you go, proof that Hornady makes a 75-grain bullet, although it is a match bullet and may not suit your needs. But you didn't indicate what the use would be.
