Default Need help sighting in my Ar-15

I wanna zero in with my iron sights but from what distance should i do this

This was discussed in a thread recently, I'll try to find it.

The concensus was if you sight in with a zero 50 yards the bullet is still rising and will return to near zero at 200 yards.

Bullets rising Really? Bullets follow a path above and below the line of sight. Damn that 8th Grd. science class was tough.

You think that is tough try the Corioles Effect on 1,000 yd. targets in the Northern Lattitudes.
