Default Need help m&p15

Today I took my m&p15 ORC to the range and every time I fired, it was failing to eject the spent casing. I would then have to use something like enough to push it out backwards. Can some one give me some direction on why it is doing this and also what can I do to prevent this from happening again

Are you saying cases are sticking in the chamber? Steel cases?

Could be a defective extractor, weak extractor spring or something along those lines. How difficult is if to push the empty out of the chamber?

Have you removed, broken down completely and cleaned your BCG? Sounds like something is up with the extractor.

Extractor spring is broken or missing. Extractor Missing. Extractor lip broken off. Any one or combination of these.

A close up of your bolt on the axtractor side and bolt face would help.

Like most said it could be the Extractor or having a weak Spring.

Also something I've heard about, is too tight of a Chamber. Take it to a local Gun Smith and have them look at it to be sure. If it's a NEW Rifle under Warranty, call Dealer where purchased(unless Walmart) or call Manufacturer to get corrected, because if it's Chrome-Lined they will need to change out the Barrel.
