I consider Delton one of the best kept secrets in the industry, owned 2 myself.
Miss 'em (sold on with a free float YHM rail and HBAR config in midlenght for top dollar during the peak of the scare and another to a very good friends just before the scare for a good deal as a favor)
I just installed a Magpul front hand guard which really made the front grip a lot more solid. I've been popping in to my LGS grabbing my 3 boxes of ammo at a time so I should have enough ammo to test it out soon!
She's finally done.
Del Ton Sport.
I added a Magpul BUS, a Magpul hand guard and AFG2, a 1/2 inch riser and a cheap WM red dot that I already owned.
Here's some additional pics.
I finally had a chance today to get out to the range and do some shooting. I put a 200 mega pack of Remington UMC .223 55 grain and 30 PMC .223 55 grain through my Del Ton Sport. Every round fired without any issues. I was a little nervous shooting the Remington UMC as it gets some pretty bad reviews, but you couldn't be choosy on your ammo when I purchased it. I was impressed with the accuracy. I had pretty decent groups at 60 feet with a cheap WM red dot shooting from an unsupported standing position. So far I'm pretty happy with this rifle.
