There was an area that i was afraid the chrome lining had chipped off at the very beginning of the rifling. It remained after the initial cleaning and i even brought it to a neighbor and he confirmed there was definitely something there.
After the first time shooting and a follow up cleaning the bore looks great. I guess it needed some rounds being fired to "shine" it up
