You want just an upper that will shoot that well for under $1200?

Or you want a whole weapon that will shoot that well for under $1200?

And have you given any thought to optics on top of that budget?

i want the upper to shoot that well, and look that good for under 1200, and yes i have thought quite a bit about optics i plan to spend anywhere from 375-to about 500 depending on the amount of overtime in the next few months. i truely expect to end up spending about 1600 on the entire rifle. But hey if i dont spend my money on guns it will go for beer or somthing stupid like bills lol

Try and find a KAC SR 15. They go for about $1750 but they are amazing rifles.

The top one is along the lines you are looking for
SR-15 Rifle, SR-15 Carbine, SR-16 Carbine, SR-16 CQB
