Magazines
What type of magazines do you guys suggest for my new AR?
I have read some things about crappy magazines and followers.
It seems one of the biggest problems with malfuntions are with the magazines and i would like to avoid that from the start.
Am i to assume that the magazines for sale @ under $20 are crap?
Any sites for good mags you would suggest or manufacturers?
Thankx for your imput.

Try .44 mag.com. You may have to backorder, as their out of stock on a regular basis now, but they generally offer good quality mags through their web site and usually at a fair price.

Magpul Pmags, Lancer Mags, Tango Down ARC Mags, yes I know they are "plastic" (actually polymer like a glock frame) or if you want USGI mags get Okay Ind with Magpul followers
Try www.brovocompanyusa.com for USGI mags, and good luck on finding Pmags, Lancers, or TD ARC Mags.

For my .o2 - I highly suggest Magpul Poly Mags (PMags). The other posters have given you good advice as to where to look. Being on the west coast, I do alot of biz with 44mag.com, Bravo co., Rainier Arms, and PKFirearms. All have been very reliable, great service, and NO GOUGING on the prices.
For those looking for them, PMags are available:
PK-Pmags
rainier arms - Pmags
44Mag - AR mags
Hope that helps
