I just helped my brother install his LPK in a Ranier Arms stripped lower. I have no experience with the tensioning screw under the rear takedown pin.

What do you guys think about it?
Any tips on how to adjust it? Just guess and check?

Personally, i like em. I dont think they are really necessary tho.

When i got my RUC i didnt even know it had one. When I swapped my trigger out I noticed it. I slight amount a play and i tightened it right out.

Theres a few others that have this feature, and i believe MEGA makes these lowers iiirc.


Btw just tighten it till theres no play. If you overtighten it, you'll know. You wont be able t mate the upper n lower together.
