Pretty much what I expected. Personally, I get a new firearm, my attitude is shoot it. I take it to the range and run it until I'm out of rounds and money. My barrel is chrome lined, so she's gonna get rode hard and put up wet the first trip.

Hopefully wet means oily.

I promise you the day I get the last parts in, she goes to the range and I am posting pictures just as soon as I get home JS. Waiting on BCM to send my BCG out the door so I can get ready to go.

Ben ,
Parts seem to be moving very slow from everywhere and every company . 6 months ago you would have your stuff in 3-5 days . Sure seems like its weeks even getting things like ammo by mail . My LGS said they ordered 10 Ruger 556s and they wont see them until December and the stuff they ordered from another manufacturer they wont see until Aug . As he said its been a good yr selling firearms but you cant sell them if you dont have them . They usually have tons of used pistols in the cases and they are prectically empty . Hell he even said that Hipoint cant keep up and they are backed up 6-8 weeks

Oh, I'm being as patient as I can. As I've stated, several of the parts I were considering literally went from in stock to out of stock while I was digging around. Just found out that the BCG I ordered from BCM is now out of stock, so I am happy that I actually ordered it when I did.
I honestly think it's going to get significantly worse before it gets any better.
I'm being patient. Just knowing that, after today, I'll be sitting here, waiting on the mail for a few days at the least that is driving me nuts. Wife wants to go to the range the day I get the final part in.
Just glad I got the lower put together and tested, and everything works well. (Yeah, most important was the safety, and it is tight.)
I just don't want to, on my next build, sacrifice quality for speed, and I know that is going to mean that I get stuck with a prolonged wait on most of what I want for it.
