3 weeks ago it would ahve been easy..
But right now the market is so topsy turvy, I'd go for any AR you cna afford thats now junk.
So avoid Hesse/Vulcan and whatever that 3rd bad brand is.
Most others at gtg.
Even the entry level brands like DPMS and Delton are GTGthese days in opinion (own 2 Deltons they shoot as well as my RRA and my DD, though the finish on the RRA and the DD is much nicer)
Small gunstores in the boonies may even have some inventory left.
I was able to buy a nice rifle at pre-panic price a mere 4 days ago.
But its very difficult now.
If you are a newbie to AR's I would reocmmend either waiting until the bubble is over or to go AK (which are experincing a weaker bubble)

Sometimes I wonder:
We spend SO MUCH money on guns to have redudancy "just in case" they get outlawed.
We spend SO MUCH on extra ammo so we will always have a stash "just in case" its outlawed..
If we just spent half of that money on supporting the NRA, we wouldn't have to worry about maintaining a stash "just in case"
