Tula is not consistent with their primer seating and their primers are on the hard side. I have a Mini 30 and I can shoot Wolf or Silver Bear with no problems but I have 16 out of 40 Tula fail to fire on the 1st try. PITA to sit there for 30 seconds or so before you chamber another round. I did not try any Tula in my AR after the trouble with the Mini. Wolf functioned fine in the AR. Aim Surplus has 223 in 55 and 62 grn under $230/1000 shipped.http://www.aimsurplus.com/catalog.aspx?groupid=156&name=.223%2f5.56x45

Not in my experience. Do you think there might be a problem w/ your Mini? Maybe an underpowered spring?
