the company is called permatex now. the locktite in your pic isnt the same company that invented loctite. the name got sold but they kept the formula and reformed under permatex. kinda wierd but true

I own the blue one. But i don't loctite my iron sights. So far they never come loose.

Lowe's has the Blue Loctite you are looking for. Now it is in a RED tube.
