I'll mpost a pic when I get it.

I was juts a bi tunfamiliar w/ the higher end rifles and at what point more money does not equal more capability.
The LMT looks real cool and was more convinet but the 300 dollar rpice difference for a nearly identical product even w/o sight closed it for the DD.

I'lll post pics after I receive the firearm

To me relief I recived ashipping number this morining.

I was kidna worried witht he current situation an unscrupolous vendor would ahve canclled it and seld it for an extra $500 easy.

Eric from shootersroost is a real good guy to honor the original price we agreed on even tho the situaiton had changed.

Very nice, Blues! I think you made an excellent choice with the DDM4V5.

I'm somewhat reluctant to jump on on this since I own neither.

OTOH, I recently learned that the British Royal Army and Royal Marines have adopted the LM&T as their designated marksman and "short range" sniper rifle.

Their spec calls for the rifle to be able to
"engage a man sized target out to 800 meters with M80 BALL AMMO."

Imagine what this thing will be capable of with match ammo.

I do kinda wish I had gotten both. It was a couple days after the bubble had started forming but that shoip hadnt raised its prices yet. I could have gotten that mid lenght LMT for 1750 Bucks. Now a NIB mid lenght LMT is a $3000 firearm.

Hang in there, Blue. Might be a year, maybe even two, but reasonable prices will come back. They always have!
