Stag Arms makes Smith&Wesson AR's, and for a few other companies but i cant remember who.

CMT, the parent company of Stag, did work for S&W years ago but not so much today as S&W has moved manufacturing in-house now. No doubt CMT parts are used by many manufacturers.
