MJ. Congrats on the build. Did you sell off the 7.62 barrel for the .300? And is a new stock in the works? seems I remember you telling me about a Voltor you wanted...

Still that is so SWEET! I must say im a bit envious!

If you run into trouble with the ammo, let me know. One of my coworkers owns Rocky Mountain Precision Ammo. He custom loads/reloads for lots of calibers and a few well known custom rifle builders as well. I'm sure he doesn't load for the .300 AAC yet, but he could/would given some interest.

If you get a chance and don't mind, maybe you could prod a little for me. I am just looking for something to hunt w/. I'm not going to shoot any precision competitions w/ this rifle.

Thanks Mil.

Mach, I decided on a CTR since I went w/ the lightweight barrel. And yes its the replacement for the x39.

I think it will be a adequate replacement...

Once ammunition hits the streets. I guess Remington is revamping the 123 fmj supersonic and is partially to blame for the delay.

Those Troy rails are nice. Good choice and very light.

He's been out of town until today, but hopefully he'll get me some info soon.
