Good deal, I was at a gun show last weekend and most of the AR's for sale were 2000 to 2500

30 is the standard.

and as others have said...in this market where ARs are like white buffaloes, you did pretty good. 3 months ago...maybe a bit on the high side.

I just sold a polymer lower (with a non-collapsible stock swapped onto it) and a 20" bushmaster upper to my buddy for $600. A2 style receiver with the carry handle and iron sights.

What he said! Don't let the media and America demonize us
Omg its an assault rifle! ... I've never assaulted any one with any sort of fire arm....
This rifle I own is not an assault rifle. This rifle I own is a PDR a personal defense rifle

It's not a bad configuration as long as you want to keep things simple and don't want to run optics or overload it with crap. I like them as a KISS platform.
It is an A1 upper receiver, with a Stag Arms lower.
I believe the upper receiver has CAR internals (maybe?)

The barrel is 1/7, and I am sorry about the 'high capacity" comment - I guess my mindset was in the frame of mind that if Obama gets his way 10rounds will be the norm [:
- they have Magpul springs/ loading systems inside the standard mags, don't know much about this either - learning as I go, safely...

Either way, I just ordered a rail system for it, don't know much about rails that attach to standard handgaurds, but it should mount up I assume to the foregrip I have for it!

Looking forward to putting 400 rounds through it next weekend!
