1:12 huh? I bet that barrel will shoot really light stuff well, like 40 grainers. Great varmint gun! It's too bad you don't have a bull barrel on there, I would trade you straight across for the railed gas block on my gun. I dig the big optics on there too.

That would be the one Jo. The swivel stud goes through the small square in that curved top plate. Underneath that plate there are two short pins that go in either side of the swivel stud and you preload them with a small screw which foraces that plate against the hand guard. I would take a little bit of velcro strips that have adhesive backing on them, use the soft loop side of course, and stick it to any part of that plate that will touch your hand guard to protect the finish on it.

Yep, thats it...Walmart sells a Harris bipod clone by Winchester for $40...

Maybe your Wallmart.. so much B.S. paperwork here in LA Wallmart stopped selling guns, ammo, parts. But I'm going for a drive next week I'll keep an eye out for a real Wallmart.
