Nothing wrong with the gun and set up. Only thing I will maybe change.
1. Scope= Get a better quality one.
2. Front sight, from fix to folding.

If you are gonna keep it for a "sniping" then keep the pistol grip, if not get another one. I like tangodown and hogue.

Other than that, the rifle you have will do some Zombie damage. Make sure your train and get to know your rifle.

Here is the original question:

Maybe value isn't the right word, how about 'worth'?

Are there any experts here that can give me a rough estimate?

Here is the best answer: whatever someone will pay.

The prices of ARs has dropped like a rock since reaching their peak just after the last Presidential election. Many folks paid WAY to much for their basic AR so they load it up with cheap (read UTG) tacticool accessories to try to recover some of their cost. The market in my area is flooded so prices are down...

+1 for what NGIB said. You head out to the range where I am at, 4 out of 5 guys will be shooting a black rifle. Hasn't necessarily dropped the prices on them here though. I still laugh when I go into stores and see uppers with plain ol H-Bar barrels going for 800.00+
