I am wondering if they will not grandfather any of the weapons in at all. but if they dont go with the ban.....how long until gun shops get ar-15s back in normal supply and price.

I have noticed some (one) of the biggest online gun shop says they are out of ar-15s when you go to get one but everyday on their auction they have a new one going to double or more of the retail price.

loading up on a good pistol with a crap load of magazines and ammo was an idea.

right now. 2,000 dollars for an ar-15. you can get two good pistols and so many mags and ammo for less. lets say there is a "revolt" running with your ar-15 is a little heavy. someone with a pistol or two can do more.

a pistol with a crap load of mags and a hunting rifle sounds better to me now then an over-priced ar-15.

Never thought I'd see the day when there was a shortage of .22 LR or 9mm Luger. Even .380 is hard to come by.

Seriously considering a .357 Magnum at this point just in case. .30-30 hasn't been as easy but I can still find a box here and there.

The 9mm shortage is the one that stumps me. There is no real threat to that caliber. As for the .357, I have an old Colt Trooper Mark III that I shoot from time to time, usually with .38 rounds. .38 rounds are right behind 9mm in terms of stock, mostly gone.

I have stuff to reload all ammo just need to buy more 17hmr and 22lr

And I pick up all brass laying around at shooting range I was their a couple weeks ago guy came blasted 100 rounds of .223 dint pick up brass but I did thanks for free brass to reload

Stopped in LGS here in Northeast Ohio today, there seemed to be a plentiful stock of handgun ammo- 9mm, .40, .38 ect... last week not so much. I think things are starting to be restocked slowly but surely now that the craze is dying down. Still no 223/556 ammo yet. Ill check next week- who knows?
