How do I remove a six position stock from my AR?

Yep, I completely forgot about the spring. It went flying! luckly it was easy to find, and all is well.

The Magpul PRS stock came in yesterday. It mounted up quite nice. Maybe today or tomorrow, I will get out and see what it feels like. I would post a pic, but the battery died in the camera.

It shoots great with the Hornady 75 grn match BTHP
