DefaultHow-to Books?

I have decided to put an AR15 together.

I am going to buy an RRA lower and continue from there.

Any GOOD books,DVDs,websites out there worth mentioning?

Is the lower complete, or will you be dropping in your own trigger group? If the former, and if you buy a complete upper, assembly is easy and does not require training manuals/CDs/DVDs.
