So here is my question. How can you tell a difference in BCG to another?

Often the carrier is marked, if so that's the easiest way. Here's a picture TankTop recently posted of the BRO logo on the bolt carrier:

I understand that, I should have been more clear. I meant, how can you tell the difference in operation of the firearm???

Well a quality BCG should work at near 100% over thousands of rounds. A crap unit likely won't get far before there are problems, FTEs, who knows what else. The in-betweeners will ... fall in between.

Same here, if i choose to do it. AR know it'll work outta the box, later down the road is what I'm curious about.

shoot more ammo with it, then it will be like several people used it before you

The BCG is being shipped back to me as we speak, so it should not be too much longer.

Alright,

I received the return BCG, so we can start to pass this around. I will mention that my wife is scheduled for a C-section tomorrow (Dec. 4), which I will be at the Hospital also. So, I may or may not be able to ship this out for 3 days or so. Likewise, any orders from my website, may experience delays in order processing and ship times during our stay at the Hospital. She has granted me some time to take care of business each day, but that time is going to be very limited...so just a heads up. I will make a list of people on the original post.
