I got, what I thought was shorted on a back-ordered part that I thought I had paid for. After I made a stink to both customer service email and via phone, I got an email from Larry Potterfield (CEO or a proxy) that very nicely explained that I had not been charged for the part, with facts and then went on to tell me the part (<$10) was being shipped to me free of charge.
Yea, I shop there, a lot!
