I know who makes our weapons. And the 7.62 AR's that I've seen aren't 417s.
They're free floated, long fluted barreled, and duracoated, and they don't have H&K selectors. Not saying that they don't have them, I just haven't seen one yet.

Only on the civillian models. The milspec models fit fine.
