Default Help Identify this barrel

it has an intergral muzzle brake (barrel and brake are one piece, not screwed together) there are 2 circular rows of 6 1/8" holes angled at 60 degrees back toward the breach. The forearm is from YHM but they say it is not their barrel

looks like an early POF. but hard to tell. just a guess. im basing it off the barrel nut and super short gas tube.

POF-USA Patriot Ordnance Factory, Inc.

Has POF ever made a non piston rifle?

My first thought was Sabre but not sure after seeing the short gas system.

I don't know. I wish they offered a rifle length upper or their barrels with rifle cuts. The barrel nut just reminds me of pof barrel nut

It could be Saber, I could not find anything like that on their site. It is indirectly from a Saber manager, that got into some trouble with BATF, it has led to the sale of Saber to a company in Alabama. Several managers from Saber are facing prison, this was from a gun collection of one of them since he will not be allowed to own guns anymore he got rid of them.

there is no way that the brake and barrel are one piece, they had to get the gas block on some how
