It's impossible to tell from a picture. But you don't really need to know the brand to load them.
If they're 55 grain FMJ, use the data from any of the manuals. Unless you're loading primer cratering maximum, the brand isn't significant for ball type ammo.
(In all likelihood, they're Remington or Winchester.)
