OT - if you do decide to get yourself an AR10 keep in mind that there are 2 platforms - DPMS and Armalite. As with the AR10 not being compatible with an AR15, DPMS and Armalite are NOT compatible.

No I just wanted to see what would happen on here. I know that the two parts would never fit. Nor would I try. Second I don't think I would like an AR 10. Nothing against them I just like bolt action in that caliber. I do own an AR 15 m4.

A guy at the range asked me if I could tell him what he was doing wrong, as he couldn't get his brand new pistol to fire. I dropped the mag to find the ammo in the mag BACKWARDS. No idea how he got it into the mag, much less the mag into the gun.
That was pretty dumb.
